Friendly and helpful staff and a nice restaurant.

Seemed to lack one or two few facilities that I would have expected even for a Logis such as a laundry service. The restaurant was nice but a very limited menu and a little expensive. No steak, which was a surprise.

Good central location which is ideal for exploring La Suisse Normande. Good parking. Modernised bedrooms. Friendly staff.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant was rather disappointing, apart from the two courses for which I had payed a supplement (Foie gras and Normandy cheese selection). While the bedrooms had clearly been renovated in recent years the detail was far from perfect. The bathroom door did not open properly as it hit the end of the bed. The magnifying mirror was placed too high for a person of average height. The television channel selection was complicated and very temperamental. Surely it would have been possible to fit an automatic closure system for the rolling shutter instead of the rather basic manual band. I had stayed in this hotel several times in previous years, probably about seven or eight years ago. Then the bedrooms were rather scruffy and basic while the restaurant served very good cuisine. Today the whole hotel looks much smarter but the cuisine is of a totally different and much lower standard. Breakfast was very basic but probably fair value at just €10.

Good location for Normandy at a reasonable cost.

Staff pleasant, courteous, efficient and helpful. Clean, well-equipped bedroom (lovely white sheets). Excellent restaurant (service good, veal and endive to be recommended; also the Bio beers). Good breakfast.

Junction location: - a little difficult to find the entrance in time to turn in. (Better signage?) - open windows meant constant traffic noise from 4.30 onwards.
