Cardiff Bloc by Prime Stays - Apartments & Group Stays

Clean, comfort rooms and beds, how close it was to everything and only 10 minutes drive from Cardiff center... Also very quiet and food places opposite was very nice

Clean basic tidy, fine for a 1 night stay

The entry to the property and having to fill in loads of information for everyone was frustrating

Modern, clean.

Was slightly cold but we do live in wales.

The location was not the best for a Rugby International, but it was a bus ride into town then a long walk.

The heating wasn't working in the lounge where one of us was sleeping, and it was cold.

The property absolutely bad !! Not good for families!! I’m not recommending for family 👎 Too many bad things I face it I’m not going to say it!!

Management please look after your property !

Perfect Location, close to everything. Good transport links. Local shops across the road.

There is an issue with noise from other apartments due to the thin walls and laminate flooring, suggest polite notices/signage, "please be quiet and consider your neighbours ",should be put in place on communal hallways upstairs and downstairs. The electrical lead that is plugged into the socket in the Hallway is a Fire waiting to happen, in addition to the cable running from the adjacent building into the property we stayed at, both not safe at all. Cleaning of Apartments should perhaps be two operatives two per apartment which gives plenty of time to clean all areas thoroughly before the next guests. We understand by talking to the local people that the building next door is also being converted into a commercial unit and flats above by the same owner, the noise issues and housekeeping need to be looked at as this will generate more issues once completed, we also discovered the properties in the building we stayed at are only a year old. So shocked on the noise, poor cleanliness, damage to the walls, dirty laundry in hallways left for days on end. All of the above and below is unacceptable as booking these apartments are not cheap so a higher standard is very much expected. We will not be using Prime Stays again for these reasons.

Clean and decent location.

No keys were handed to us at the property meaning was not able to leave any of our belongings in the apartment. Did not feel comfortable leaving ANYTHING as the door was left open by the cleaners. Was reassured 4/5 times that keys were planned to be dropped off by the evening, but no keys were dropped off in the end ended up missing our event that we came for…
