The flat has a lot of space, making it comfortable to relax in. We felt very comfortable, and a big plus is the number of bathrooms. It's well-located, with a shop 5 minutes from the apartment and a restaurant area, as well as a bus stop, nearby.

The only thing to pay attention to is the cleanliness; unfortunately, it was dirty under and behind the beds.

Location to the town centre was good—only a short drive to get into Cardiff centre.

Cleanliness wasn't great, cleaning should become a priority. There was no parking available as advertised, the section where parking was available was closed off and we had not been advised of this. The external door into the building was jammed, so anyone could walk in.

The rooms were good. There was a laundry machine in the house. Smart tv. Apartment furnishings look quite new.

This was sadly not a great experience for us for the following reasons: 1. After making the booking, you are asked to read and sign on some contracts. Their email reads something like this: "sign this now or else we will cancel your booking". Not very polite and I don't know what happens when you make a non-refundable booking and don't wanna sign on them. About a day before the actual stay, you get another email to make a deposit. I was asked to pay 1 GBP but I was charged 250 GBP. This wasn't just a reservation on the credit card but it is actually charged. Again in this email they say something like "do it right now or we cancel your booking". I don't know what happens if you don't see the email on time. This whole process isn't a deal breaker but was just unpleasant. I wish they can improve it. 2. There is only street parking and it is only free from 6:30 pm onwards till 8am and on Sundays. Communication was poor here as well since their instructions and reality were completely different. They should remove "free parking" from the listing and only mention street parking 3. Even though inside the partment was clean, the corridors were absolutely dirty, filled with so many textile containers that there was barely any room to even move suitcases.
