The place smelt of curry

Flat was not cleaned after previous occupants - all beds slept in, empty beer bottles and other rubbish throughout the flat including kitchen . We didn’t stay longer than 2 minutes which was a real inconvenience after 4 hrs travelling

It wasnt clean, no hot water, washing machine had stagnant water in there, shower upstairs didnt work, workers on a sunday so there was banging and noise

Des sacs traînaient dans le hall d'entrée. L'appartement n’était pas très propre. On a dû relaver les couverts avant de les utiliser. On a eu une coupure d'électricité le premier soir et l’alarme incendie le 3e soir. (Pb électrique). Pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine Pas de lave vaisselle

Incredibly disappointed with our stay, apartment was seriously dirty and needed a deep clean every surface had some kind of dirt or marks, rubbish and huge dust balls underneath beds, crumbs in the cutlery draw, food on the floor around the fridge, beds were uncomfortable, hot water didn't work so struggled to wash up dishes, one shower didn't work at all despite all switches being on, fire alarms fallen on the floor, someones washing was left in the washing machine, laundry left in a massive pile in the corridor, it's advertised as free parking but there isn't any available, some of the blinds weren't working, noisy construction in the nextdoor building, dirty towels stuffed into a kitchen cupboard, extension leads left across the hallway are a trip hazard. For the price we paid I feel that this is extremely unacceptable.

I love the lounge, kitchen and the available amenities. It made the apartment comfortable to be in.

Just one of the rooms that has mould, guessing due to some construction issues. The management was informed and they did responded professionally

Absolutely nothing!

Window not closing properly. Them lying about there is free parking on site. Customer service absolutely shocking. No hot water. Right next door to a construction site which they did not mention on the ad.
