الفطور والغداء جدا مختلففف ورائع المكان مختلفف تم تزيين السرير وكانت لفته رائعة صراحة

المرافق حتى الان غير متاحة ولم يتم تعريفنا على قصة الفندق بس وصلنا اكتشفنا القصة آخر يوم عن طريق الصدفة موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون تدرب اكثر واعتقد انه مكان استثنائي، جميع السياكل الصغيرة معطله ولم يتم اجراء صيانة لها القهوة السعودية كل ماجينا في اوقات مختلفة غير متوفرة

Location in the world heritage area of Hegra. It's amazing... SO nice to borrow a bicycle to tour the tombs ourselves.

It will be great when more restaurants are open.

Freundlichkeit Team, Empfang durch Management, Restaurant, Services

Welcome Desk ist ziemlich weit von der Reception entfernt (was man beim ersten Touchpoint gar nicht versteht); sehr weitläufiges Areal, grosse Distanzen zwischen Zimmer und Restaurant, sehr kleines Zimmer (für diesen Preis), fehlende Ablageflächen, es ist noch einiges zu verbessern bis zur effektiven Eröffnung

"Perfect spot in Alula"

The hotel is amazing! But the staff was so so so good!!! They really tru to make you happy! They even help me getting to my next hotel in th e Red Sea!!!! I went to the spa( me and my 4 yo son), such a good experience. The safari was very good!!! The food in restaurant and breakfast is amazing!!!
