The Chedi Hegra, AlUla

Tutto fantastico TOP del TOP , hotel fantastico e personale gentilissimo premuroso ed efficientissimo. Grazie a ASHWAQ e a tutto lo staff.

Nulla tutto perfetto

Location, actually inside Hegra, is incredible. The hotel loan bikes which you can use to cycle around Hegra. I even ran the route one morning (although I was asked where I was going by a puzzled member of park staff) The rooms have been well created in the old railway buildings as has the restored maintenance shed which now houses the main restaurant.

Breakfast appeared to waste a lot of food. Fruit, pastries, cheese, bread all delivered as standard before then choosing from the menu. Parking is a long way from the hotel as are the rooms and require constant use of the buggies or a long walk. They were in soft opening phase and will have a pool and better variety of restaurants in due course…give it a few months yet if you want the full experience.

Reaching to reception and From reception to room need bugy transfer.

- the staff deserve 10/10 / particularly Yasir, Abdualla and Lama who were beyond exceptional in everything they did

- Would’ve loved bigger pool and gym which I know they are working on so looking forward to trying it next time

I want to commend the staff at the gates, reception, restaurant, room service, wildlife tour, etc , for their hospitality amd professionalism. I could not think of any areas of improvment relating to the hotel.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The free tour was amazing too

Room would have been slightly bigger and would have liked a large swimming pool. Inspite of this It was still a lovely hotel to stay
