On entend beaucoup les voisins mais ils étaient respectueux des horaires. La machine à nespresso ne fonctionnait pas. Pas d'après shampoing.

Location good although an awful lot of construction going on outside. Apartment was clean and quite comfortable.

The communication with staff was not good. We arrived very late. Instructions were not that clear and we had trouble accessing. ( There are 2 doors both with keypads one very hard to see. ). Also I had ordered and paid for fruit bowl to be delivered but that wasn't there and it never arrived. There was no bedlinen on single bed and a half roll of toilet paper. I messaged about this but it was the 2nd day before anyone replied but I had sorted it myself with the very nice cleaning lady there. Also 3 coffee pods for 4 days!! I had requested a second set of towels for the pool which never arrived either. I never saw anyone there and I do not know who was in charge as messages were from a company name. A little bit of customer service would have made the stay more comfortable. To be honest arriving at 1am from airport, tired, with no bedlinen on one bed, no fruit which was ordered, and not even a bottle of water, it was not a great start.

Op voorhand krijg je de code doorgestuurd om via het klavier binnen te kunnen in het gebouw en in je studio. Er zijn 2 deuren met een klavier dus het was even uitzoeken welke het was: de eerste die je tegen komt dus! De andere deur geeft uit op een ontvangstruimte die aan de centrale gang hangt, dus dat is ook geen probleem. Het zwembad was super proper en altijd toegankelijk. Het zwembad bevindt zich tussen de muren waardoor je bij frisser weer toch in je bikini van de zon kan genieten. De studio's bevinden zich in een soort van privé gang die ook 's avonds voldoende verlicht is. De studio heeft een keukentje met frigo (met diepvries compartiment), koffiezet, microgolf, kookvuur, potten en pannen, borden en bestek.

Studio 9: De WC-bril lag los. Vermoedelijk komt dat doordat de badkamer net groot genoeg is voor de inloopdouche en de WC zelf. De vrije ruimte in de badkamer is net voldoende om de deur in te laten draaien (want deze draait naar binnen). Als je er dan zelf nog bij staat (omdat je bvb wil douchen of naar de WC gaan met de deur toe), is er een klein beetje acrobatie nodig. De lavabo bevindt zich (gelukkig) buiten de badkamer. De douche was initieel zalig qua temperatuur, maar na een paar minuten kwam er enkel nog maar lauw water uit, helaas waardoor ik niet van de douche heb kunnen genieten. Er was zeep, shampoo en conditioner aanwezig, al heb ik de zeep pas later gevonden omdat deze niet op zijn voorziene plaats stond in de douche. Om de code in het klavier aan de voordeur in te typen, moet je 's avonds wel met je smartphone bijschijnen want anders zie je de cijfers niet als het donker is. Het bed is op je eigen bovenverdiepje, te bereiken met een smal maar stevig trapje. Goed voor de privacy, minder goed voor na een avondje met alcohol. Boven het bed is een klein dakraampje. Als het 's nachts hard regent, word je hier wel wakker van.

Location was good. Unit itself was clean aside from rotten smell in fridge.

We were not given the code to the front door and spent 1/2 hour on the street worried we were scammed. People in the area had never heard of the place. It took over 1/2 hour to get a response to messages with the code. We arrived at the the check in time of we had arranged the day before 4pm. During our stay we twice came upon people who were outside worried and wondering because they had not been given the main door code. The entry way and stairwell were full of bags of dirty sheets and towels during the entire 5 night stay. There was extensive construction in the area and pur taxi had to drop us off a full block from the apartment which added to our discomfort. Being informed of the constuction would have been very helpful.

In the center of Porto. Everything was in walking distance. Property and room entrance with code, so no room key.
