The staff are friendly and welcoming

This is not a 5 stars hotel, building is very old and the walk to the rooms is weird . Rooms were clean but with very minimal amenities. The all day dining hallway was sometimes smelly

Some of the lobbies are badly lighted Hot water is not stable sometimes it suddenly change to cold.

Everything was superlative! It is a superb hotel, full of greenery, perfect for relaxation. The all-inclusive services are top notch, the food was diverse and tasty, and the staff was very kind and attentive, the restaurant managers were very attentive. The rooms and accommodation areas are clean and comfortable. We liked the atmosphere there, quick access to the private beach, entertainment every night

Unfortunately, the experience at this hotel was overshadowed by unpleasant incidents caused by a lady who was in charge of the outside bars. The hotel is okay, but because of the lack of professionalism and aggression on the part of this lady. Instead of solving the problem, this lady came to us extremely aggressively and told us in a sharp tone: "Don't stand here!". If you are responsible for that area, your job is to bring chairs to the customers, not to nag them about wanting to watch the entertainment. Later, probably tense, she pushed a very aggressive chair into the row where we were sitting, Total lack of respect and manners! If there are any unpleasantnesses, I think they should not be resolved in front of the customers, right from the first evening we were disappointed, I have seen other cases with other customers mistreated Such behavior is unacceptable for a hotel that respects itself!

The food was quite good, with a wide variety of options. At every meal, there were meat dishes, fish, vegetable dishes, desserts, fruits — everything was very good. The variety of food at the fast-food restaurant was also excellent. There were items such as hamburgers, meatballs, salmon fish, pizza, Turkish pide, and salads. The hotel’s facilities were proportionate to the number of guests. It was not difficult to find a place at the pool, restaurants, beach, fast-food restaurant, or bars. All of the staff were extremely helpful. At the end of May, the sea temperature was around 21–22°C, and it was possible to swim. There was entertainment, concerts, etc. every evening, which were enjoyable.

The variety of non-alcoholic cocktails could be increased. There is often a queue for Turkish coffee after meals. The staff trying to sell water sports and spa/massage services may be disturbing.
