Like stepping back in time but with all the modern comforts set amongst beautiful pieces of historical Lisbon. Really was a treat to feel as if one was in a private home and each room wonderfully appointed with classic furniture, antique artwork and items from a past era?.

It’s an outstanding little jewel in the middle of Alfama! Feeling like a prince or princess 👑 super helpful friendly stuff! Perfect stay! Thanks guys!

The only little „minus“ is that it’s a little clairaudient cause our sleeping room had a window to the entry hallway.

The experience was very nice. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was nice too. The location is easy to walk to many places.

We had a problem with the heater but after a couple of days we were able to have an oil heater and all was good.

Beautiful old mansion and well maintained . Rooms are huge.

Breakfast was served per table . Only one staff person to serve so expect it to be slow ( as opposed to you getting it yourself from buffet) Last five star hotel we stayed at gave us a range of pastry options. Here it was only one pastry type per day . It is possible that because it’s only 6 rooms and less people so things are different here . No chicken . Only ham or salmon . Felt as if staff are overworked. But are very helpful.
