Bundeli Kothi - a unique farmstay

The location in the middle of green land and villages, the host Sakshi was fabulous, the dinner absolutely delicious, the room spacious, the sunset to be enjoyed from the terrace overlooking the gardens. With one word: we would have loved to stay longer.

Everything was good. This place is very beautiful and it is just 15 mins away by tuc tuc from the city centre (the owners called the tuc tuc for us). The house and rooms are really clean. The owners are really nice and they explained to us a lot about the Indian culture and traditions. They have a big garden around the house, in which they coltivate multiple plans and use these plants to prepare the food. We had also breakfast and dinner with them and the food was amazing. We really recommend this place and the good food they prepare.

Quite far from the Orchha town

This place and the owners are our favourite so far from our roadtrip in India. Sakshi and Mudit are very warm, nice and helpful! They will make your stay unforgettable and very comfortable. We absolutely loved everything from our stay. The hibiscus home made juice, the food, the garden, the spices and the organic vegetables are divines. Additionally, we loved the confort of the room, the terrace and the bathroom all very luxurious in India. This farm is a must to stay in Orccha for a peaceful and unique experience. We highly recommend this place 100%!

Nothing it was perfect !

The hosts are a truly charming couple with a very good experience in hospitality, they are very attentive to the needs of their guests. The house and the rooms are very spacious, very clean, confortable and well equipped. Very quiet environment with a large garden with an orchard and vegetable garden. Meals were very good. We really loved our stay in this homestay (definitely one of my best experiences in India) so we highly recommend Bundali Khoti.

Nice warm welcome, looked after us well. Was very comfortable. Served breakfast as per our suggestion and was delicious. Fresh home grown fruits served. Only thing due to location being interior, as expected for a farm house, better to have personal vehicle for convient travel locally.

This place was the best stay of our trip. The property is located on a farm away from the noise of the city. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are luxurious, spacious & super clean. The food is freshly prepared from the local produce and is very delicious. The service is warm & friendly. Overall, the best place to stay in Orchha.
