"Glad I was only there for one night"

5.0

Nothing really

Very basic, no staff thought I would be checking into an inn/pub but all self service. Noisy location, no instructions on parking.

There was a bath in the ensuite. I was so happy! My tired and weary muscles were feeling very grateful for long soak after a hard day's hike! Huge comfy bed too.

"Disappointing, but a welcome stop to get out of the rain"

5.0

Location of Pubs to get food on a Sunday! - The Lamb Inn - you guys were great thanks for your help to get us in to our rooms, in the rain!

No codes received to gain access (codes received on the day of checkout). After a long ride through the heavy rain, it wasn't the best to have to chase someone to get us in. The door is located on the side of the building, so it's not very clear without an email with all the relevant info. We had to visit local pubs to see if anyone knew how to gain access, as no one picked up the mobile number at first. Then the noise, as some have mentioned, it's on the main A road through, and yes, lorries will travel through most of the night.

"Pleasant find."

10.0

Close to the village centre, pubs galore for choice of food, and surprisingly quiet.

Being in the square you share the space with the village clock. Not overly noisy, but its in the background if you are a light sleeper.
