The space and location

Only thing was that it said washing machine and dryer but there was not one.

Clean, convenient

Communication with the staff was haphazard. Published phone numbers were not answered (although responses to texts were prompt ). No shower gel in one property (an emission given we were walking a long distance trail!)

The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location in the centre of Wooler was great.

The booking system was very confusing and caused me a bit of stress.

We were unable to access the property despite attempting for 90 minutes to contact the owner/agent using the information on the door. We then gave up and booked the last alternative accommodation (at a higher price) in the area after which an email finally arrived (at 6.05pm) too late but with access details. We appear not to have been the only travellers to have experienced such problems!
