Lack of communication. Had to contact booking.com to book another apartment

The flat was clean, tidy and well maintained. The host met us at the property. He was helpful, professional and easy to contact via mobile or via the booking.com app. We did get lost once we arrived in Wolverhampton and it took us a while to find the property and car park; nonetheless, the host waited for us and escorted us to the flat where he handed over the key.

The property address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. The host informed us that he has tried to change it. It would be helpful to publish the correct address, and how to access the car park.

It was a good experience being there.

The address promoted on the site is not the same as in reality and I did not like the way I discovered that.

Location - large shower although strange foam panels attached to the wall around the shower unit. Beds very large and comfy. TVs large.

Didn’t see any washing up liquid. Really difficult to get the details for access to the building code and key for the room… person was friendly on the phone but took several attempts to gain the information.

Very convenient for access into town. (5 minute walk) and two lovely restaurants (1 minute walk) Very comfortable beds and nice shower room.

Good sized, clean and comfortable apartment for us to stay in while attending a concert in Birmingham. Free parking and good response from the host

We had some confusion about booking as the listing said "Tempest Street" which is near to Wolverhampton train station. The apartment is located over a mile away so we had to organise alternate transport to the concert because we stayed during the heatwave
