I booked this property. Only to be sent a message after to say check in is until 7pm. Which I had no way of getting there till after that time. If checked in after 7-9pm there’s an extra £50 late check in fee. In the end didn’t even end up getting to the property and was left out of picked. BAD BAD BAD Customer service when messaged.

This is the worst place I never stayed, in there was a scruffy looking cat asleep on the bed when I dropped my pal off I felt really bad I'd suggested staying, he didn't even spend the night he and his gf booked another hotel and stayed there instead I wouldn't stay in one of these rooms if it was WW3 and this was the only place to hide in the country, id genuinely say bring on the bomb rather than stay at this address

Front door lock hanging off they have removed all the locks so you can see into the bedrooms washing up drying on doors everything. Worst place I have ever stayed smack heads house is better literally not worth £20 a night dont stay here and the reason you cant cancel or get your money back as they know how bad it is!!!!!
GBLovely welcome from adorable little dog called Frankie.Also there was a lovely cat called Harry on my bed.The big Tescoe was very near.It was marvellous to have a free breakfast and beable to check out until one o'clock.I do clinical trials in Leeds and normally have to check in at one o'clock.When I stay at places with a ten o'clock check out I am then left on the streets with my bags for three hours.That is why the later check out is great for me.Also I liked the way the cat cuddled up to me on the bed.The property was nice and peaceful.
