There's nothing to dislike as I have never seen the place
ITEverything! So much work has gone into making Franky's Place home from home, for all it's guests.

GBGBFranky's Place was absolutely perfect for us! The property is in a quiet location with parks and woods nearby as well as plenty of shops and cafes. It's right beside a bus stop that is a 10 minute journey to town for a couple of pounds. Also parking available as well as cheap taxis and uber. The accommodation was clean and quiet with a friendly atmosphere. Simon is a perfect host and dog Franky and cat Harry are so lovely and friendly as well as being really chill and no problem at all. We loved staying here and would return again in no time, great value for money and Leeds is a great place to visit.
Sometimes you hear other guests but not very often.

Location. Parking a nightmare. No lock on the door as it was the lounge and someone walked in. The owner was unwelcoming and rude
GBReally friendly owner. Helped us with whatever we needed. Place was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself and make yourself, toast, cereal and hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage etc).
