USIt was very clean, the owners were very friendly, everything was very efficient and it was perfect for what I needed.
GBIt’s a very pleasant place , they have a cat and dog , which I didn’t mind , they are very friendly. The room was affordable and a great cozy room overall- very comfortable king bed and plenty of space for storage, making it perfect for a short or long stay. Very thankful for the quality pillows , towel and bedding. Finally , the amenities such as coffee , tea , milk, cereals and fruit etc. was a considerate touch .
There isn’t much I didn’t like, but If you book a room here, be aware that you’ll be sharing a bathroom with others in the house—it is NOT an en-suite. This was the only real downside for me and felt a bit misleading from the listing. That said, the bathroom itself is very clean and modern, which definitely helped. The house rules are quite strict, especially around noise , which is understandable in a shared space. However, I did miss playing my music during my showers at night - again , something to be considered for those kinda people who value that freedom. Also some rules—like the one about not having the “smell” of alcohol on you—felt a bit extreme and made me feel on edge, even though I wasn’t drinking. I could imagine for other adults visiting this could be an offsetting rule. I’m sure the owner just doesn’t want rowdy and inconsiderate guests , but I’m sure if you are chill , you’ll love this place.

No Tv in room but we didn’t need it anyway
PLGBSimon is a fantastic host, deserving of 5 stars. The location is great, very close to Tesco, with an easy bus route to town. The place is extremely clean with very comfortable beds. Franky, the dog, is very friendly; having Franky and the cat adds a great touch, making the place extremely homely. I will definitely stay again.

Terrible communication. We didn't even get to access the property at all. The host wasn't there to let us in. Wasted my money completely. Host didn't even get back to us after I tried calling and messaging.
GBI enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable with a great room and bathroom and overall very relaxing. Very short walk to shops and places to eat.
