🔴 STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ZERO STARS! 🔴 This is hands down the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life! The moment we walked in, the room smelled incredibly bad. To make things a million times worse, the air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING at all. We were sweating so much at night it felt like we were taking a shower in our sleep. When we complained, the service was completely useless. They refused to fix the problem, and when we begged for a room change, they lied straight to our faces saying they had "no rooms available" when we knew they did! They wouldn’t even provide a simple fan to help us breathe. Absolute nightmare of a place with zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! ❌❌❌

Online this establishment is listed as " hotel " however it is an apartment block with reception in a mini mart , saw some savoury characters going in and out of this building... upon arriving on the 20th may 2026 i was immediately left with a sour taste in my mouth due to the two male staff , not only did they not come and welcome me they also did not help with my luggage , no one greets.. which is odd because in my country we are super friendly and will greet strangers on our jogs , hikes etc... unfortunately that was my first impression on my first night in Cambodia.. there is also a massive cockroach problem in the rooms , the bed is too small for the room.. the list goes on , in conclusion will not reccommend
