Cockroach’s and ants in the room. Hairs on the floor from others people. Elevator takes for ever. The lobby is a convenient store. Which is not staffed properly. Rooms and cleaners were so loud in the mornings. Worst place I’ve ever stayed!! It is not a 4 star hotel.

Lift was slow

Staff were very accommodating and helpful and the location is great by the river and near many activities.

We didn't like our first room which is a city view because air-conditioning was bad and electricity cutting twice.

The room is beautiful with a good balcony and view of the river. Bed is very comfortable. Lovely furnishings and modern feel. Its location was perfect on the riverfront, a little away from the noise.

The lift was a bit slow,

The area amazing but the check in very strange..the reception inside supermarket and no sign outside to show the hotel name.. but in general the view was amazing and the location very good.. the furniture new and good facilities
