Splendid garden, a little haven of peace. Rooms exactly as described in the listing. Perfect place to get some fresh air by the ocean. Very pleasant atmosphere on site, lovely staff!

A warm welcome, good coffee and delicious red dragon fruit met me on arrival. Although I was early my room was ready. The bedroom was large with an overhead fan as well as aircon. The large bed was comfortable as were the chairs. I had a separate dressing area with wardrobe, mirror and lockable drawer. The apartment was situated in lovely gardens down a short laneway from the main road. There's lots of choice of cafes, restaurants and street food nearby. I also like that I could use the owners washing machine and outdoor kitchen. Lovely hearted people. Thank you!

Drainage in the shower is slow. Maybe due to wet season?

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Одно из самых лучших мест где мы останавливались. Есть возможность постирать вещи, чистые номера. По вечерам когда выходили покурить нас угощали вкусной местной домашней едой. Я впервые в жизни попробовала устрицы. Помогли добраться до Хошимина, у нас не хватало денег на билет, нам добавили, не отпустили пешком. Обязательно вернемся ещё раз. Ещё отмечу очень мягкая кровать, не хочется вставать.

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Massive room, great value. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fresh coconut on arrival and invited for traditional Vietnamese coffee in the morning.

It was hard to decide where to stay in Mui Ne, but we are so glad we chose Gem's House! We were blown away by the service - Gem and the man (who we assume is her husband) were so kind to us. Their English was very minimal but Google translate worked a treat! They offered us fresh fruit every day and made us complimentary coffees. We also put on a wash free of charge which Gem hung up for us when we were out for the day. They are just really thoughtful, helpful and genuine people. We also booked a bus to Ho Chi Minh through them which ended up being the best sleeper bus we've been on. We are two sisters travelling together and wanted somewhere nice and chill to stay for our 3 nights in Mui Ne.. Gem's house was absolutely perfect for this. Very clean and comfortable room (ours was quite spacious too which was super nice). Location is close to a number of eateries & while there's no sandy beach nearby, I think that's just the case everywhere here unless you're staying in a resort. For the very reasonable price that we paid, we were super happy overall and would totally recommend this place!
