Applegrove, perfect 2 bed bungalow, Fortrose

Applegrove is a lot more spacious than the listing suggests. It was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location for Fortrose shops and rest of Black Isle. Garden is a nice bonus. Owners responsive and helpful.

Not dislikes but observations: the cottage-style furniture in the lounge is less comfortable than a more modern style and maybe for 4 adults it would be a bit awkward. Main bed could maybe use a mattress topper to make it even more comfortable.

Excellent location for what we wanted. Very close to Rosemarkie beach which is our favourite place on the Black Isle. The bungalow was extremely cosy and very nicely decorated.

So near Chanory point and everything else. Lovely garden to look out at. Space! (After a caravan, it was enourmous!) Room to spread out. Room to even get crafting.

Like what? We didn't find anything objectionable. It was perfect for us.

The location was ideal. The private garden was a bonus. Both the showers had plenty of hot water and were clean and the main shower was spacious There were extra blankets if required

There appeared to be no where to hang outdoor coats,if there was we didn't find it.A few hooks would have helped The cottage was chilly and the temperature on the electric radiators could not be adjusted.,I think they were set for a hot Summer.
