Geel Heritage - A Restored Homestay Haveli

Location was great. Felt very safe walking between our hotel and the fort as well as the hotel and the highly rated restaurants in the area.

Found the tours and tuk tuks organised were much more expensive than booking via uber. Also the shower water was either boiling hot or not hot at all, but the staff were so helpful we decided to choose their organised activities because they made it so easy and secure for us.

Excellent location, newly renovated very comfortable place. The owners are super friendly and helpful.

Outstanding hospitality & very well maintained property.

Room was wide and comfortable. They provided us with bath products (body gel, shower cap, teeth brush etc). Nice view of the fort. Kind staff. Convenient location, close to many points of interest. Breakfast not included, but wide options and good quality.

They did not accept revolut or booking.com payments so we had to pay in cash.

Location. The property is tucked in the main bazaar, lots of noise from bikes, people talking and dogs. If you are looking for a goodnight sleep, might be difficult.

The rooms were okay.

The thing about this property is that it looks great on paper, but the location itself is really inconvenient. You have to go through not the best part of the city to get there. To add insult to the injury the food was subpar and the room service was bad. They weren't even changing the sheets. They'd just make the bed and call it a day. If you think that was bad enough, the property suffered from very frequent electricity outages and when asked the owner didn't have a convincing answer and just said "It's just what they decide". Sad to think that the property did not only have a backup for the customers but also couldn't care less about being transparent at all. Shocking.

Location is good. Rooms were nice and clean. The fort view is right in front from roof top.

Parking is paid. Over priced property as compared to the facilities provided. Hotel food was average and over priced. I booked 2 rooms in advance one month before, and yet provided the 2 rooms in different floors. I requested to provide the 2 rooms in same floor, but they denied. despite being few rooms available.
