"A cosy, comfortable home from home"

Excellent communication with host. The cottage was very comfortable, well equipped with a good selection of essentials and some little extras were a bonus. The location was ideal, just out of town, quiet, with off road parking and provided a central base for exploring.

Nothing it was perfect, as described and pictured.

It was such a great place to stay with all amenities included that one might need. Extremely lovely host and a perfectly clean and tidy house. Having our own small patio was a really nice touch! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day 🙂

Thoughtfully equipped with all sorts of additional extras like the filtered water on tap, welcome biscuits and drinks, lovely toiletries. Excellent kitchen facilities. Comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout, with a terrace and patio. Friendly and helpful communication from Julia.

"Weekend visit to Newbury"

Loved the location and the layout of the property. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. A lot of thought had been given to providing everything guests would need for a stay at Garden Cottage. Communication was good and we had a very warm welcome from our host.

Location excellent. Nice and Quiet. Great kitchen facilities. Perfect size for a few days or week's stay. Host welcoming and friendly. Instructions and information was clear and easy to follow.

Parking is tricky but doable. Nothing else really.
