"The location of the hotel is the best to enjoy all the activities at Assi ghat."

The location of the hotel, the rooftop restaurant and friendliness of all the hotel staff.

The air conditioner in the room was too old and noisy. For a highly priced hotel, these things need to be replaced.

"Central spot for Ganges walks and boat rides. Wonderful heritage building that definitely now needs a lot of TLC."

Right on Assi Ghat and perfect for walking along the Ganges and ghats. Food was good with very willing restaurant staff.

Communication could be improved if staff had better basic English. Stayed here 8 years ago and the hotel has definitely declined in standard since then. Hotel also forgot to arrange the pre organised airport pick up. So we had to arrange taxi at airport.

Only location Staff really polite and good

We got thee top.flooor Ganga,view room It was so small we could hardly fit a,big suitcase Only 2 hand luggage can fit. Problem with bathroom.They hv a system of turning hot water off.They tried to fix but nothing happened. Gave the keys to service the room and when came back at night it was open.They came and apologise .But this should not happen to anyone. The third day.which was our last day they changed our room.which was big but its very noisy as it was on second floor facing the road and a bit of view.
