Superb 3 Bedroom flat in Stafford

It was relatively clean and tidy, near to Alton towers in a quiet estate

The shower didn’t work properly, the shower head was filthy and black mould on the soap holder, rust on the toiletries holder, and shower leaked into kitchen below on the first night. Whole house was cold, we found it hard to warm it up, duvets wernt thick enough at night, with only one flat pillow to each bed.

The perfect location for our needs, and the flat had most of the things we needed. We enjoyed our brief time here and it enabled us to rest.

Location was great for where we wanted to visit. Property was much larger than anticipated which was great. Two toilets was super helpful with 5 of us staying & 2 friends visiting! Plenty of parking available around the vicinity of the property.

No lock on the main bathroom door was tricky as staying with friends, not family. Could have done with more cutlery (only two teaspoons) & more crockery suitable for children - bamboo or melamine plates, dishes, etc

The communication was brilliant, the property was good and a great location. There was some feedback which I passed onto the owner to make it better, nothing major they could do with more cutlery / plates, the hair drier was missing, the coffee table was wobbly - Esther said she would get onto all the issues I raised.

The property was in a convenient location for our 2 day trip to Alton Towers. It was easy to locate with a detailed description of how to find the property.

Unfortunately the property was dirty, a lot of dust, used washing up sponge and teatowel, very mouldy filter coffee machine, dried food leftovers on the bin lid, shower not clean etc. We did contact the host and they did come into the property and removed the coffee machine, however, did not clean the rest of the property. They did leave a alcohol free bottle of bubbly and some biscuits as compensation which we did leave behind. We would have preferred a clean property with clean crockery etc. I would have preferred a partial refund as we planned to prepare our own meals and picnic for Alton Towers but ended up having to spend a small fortune whilst there. The mattresses were very hard to the point where my husband (who can literally sleep anywhere) complained of hip pain after sleeping on the mattress.

Easy to park , very spacious , quiet area , easy access into town , quality stay

Very accessible and peaceful location. Very cosy atmosphere and great amenities. We were there for only 3 nights and it quickly felt like home! Definitely recommend.

Literally my only criticism is that it could've done with a towel or two already in the bathrooms.
