Kowdi House - A Heritage Homestay

I liked that it is located in the middle of the city with easy access to the metro and all other shopping places. The rooms are very spacious and new. The water is also good. I loved how there is a whole positive ambience setup because the owners of the property are greatly into yoga and meditation practices. There is also an isha life store just at the bottom which gives lot of eco friendly products

Kowdi House, A laxurious beautiful property with traditional touch. The property is well maintained and has a vintage vibe.Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy.The owner Somnath Kowdi and Family went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable,their hospitality was truly unmatched.Mr. Somnath is a fantastic host! From the time we booked his place, he was very helpful and quick to respond.Check in and out was very smooth and flexible.The house was easily locatable. Its near to Water Authority office Pulimukku. Autos were mostly on house gate itself( Uber is best option ). Has very good veg restaurant (Ambiswamys veg restaurant)at 400 m walk itself.The house is situated in the heart of the Ernakulam city M G Road area. Hence all the places were very approachable with close proximity.Ernakulam junction Railway station, Metro station with in 1.5 km distance.I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ernakulam.

I had a great stay at Kowdi House, a lovely heritage homestay in the center of Kochi city. The building is over 120 years old, and they have done a wonderful job maintaining it in its original style. The location is convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, giving a traditional feel. Somnath, the host, was very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kochi. Will definitely visit again.
