Sky Tower Serenity + Rooftop Pool

Annabelle the host was easy to communicate with. The location was awesome, so central and handy to walk places. Loved having the use of a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, this definitely makes the difference when you're staying more than 1-2 nights. The balcony was awesome, extends the feel of the space. - Make sure to book parking early if you need that, as it can't always be guaranteed. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

There is a bit of work for you to do on reading where to get the key and filling in forms prior to arriving but once that is done, it's smooth sailing. I think being able to pick up the key from reception would defintely make it easier.

Walking distance to Skycity. Also, loved having a balcony with Sky City views. Private, Comfortable & Clean! The Hotel pool and spa was a bonus too.

Closeness to public transport and ferries. Close to Skytower but very little noise within and outside the building.

Picking up the key from a lockbox not on site. Would be great to use the reception facilities on site to pick up the keys

Loved the view, and the facilities. Room was clean and really nice.
