Sky Tower Serenity + Rooftop Pool

Beds were very comfy, room was very nice and a nice big bathroom. Balcony was good with a nice view of the Sky Tower and Skycity from the 11th floor.

Check in process was a bit tedious and not very smooth as we thought the check in was done at the front desk, but it was all done through the Booking.com app. Had to pick up the parking key from a seperate building which was a little confusing at first but the instructions were clear enough and got there in the end. Felt like more of an Air BnB check in experience. The host was helpful during booking and check-in, gave me the instructions I needed but could have been more friendly I thought. The rooftop pool and spa were suprisingly very busy with way too many kids and families taking up most of the space (despite it not being school holidays), not ideal for a romantic weekend and there was security stationed up there which seemed a bit odd. Overall customer experience was not the best, would not stay here again.

The fact that there wasn't parking allocated for the stay. Paid a lot of money and had to look for parking in a public spot. Terrible

The $490 cost for the value of the room was way off. The duvet was dirty The remote was lost and found under the bed with no batteries. Which we then found with more digging under the bed. Very dusty. The toilet paper was the most budget brand on the market. The body wash bottle was half full appearing like it's been used by other people which I find unhygienic The room is far more crammed then it appears in the photo.

1. key pick up is a walk away and tricky to find (was not stated as property details, do not recommend for people without cars/mobility issues), toiletries only given for first 3nights(and is VERY MINIMAL) any more is extra cost of $23 but not stated, there was dust everywhere cleanliness was definitely a 4/10, pillows were really bad.

The location was amazing, great views, Katie was great and so quick at answering questions. Rooftop pool and spa was AMAZING.

Bit annoying that the key pickup was a block away and you had to walk UP HILL to get to the hotel. Didn’t clean super well, found other peoples socks and tissues under the bed (yuck) . There was also no TV remote.

It was a Scavenger hunt.It took me an hour and a 1/2 just to check-in and i paid for car parking in 3 different locations Because of the unorganized emails that were sent and messages i received. Which were not up-to-date. ther was no remote for the TV. And there was only 2 towels. iv stayed at over 50 places and have never had to pay for late check out and on ur email it says check out between 10am-12pm I left at 11 and now being charged $120 for a late check out....
