Sky Tower Serenity + Rooftop Pool

The apartment was everything we expected and more - Clean, lovely decor, fantastic location with an awesome view of the sky tower from a balcony and the rooftop pool was an absolute treat. Hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with. We will be staying again!

A total muck around. Sky Tower Serenity is a misleading name. It's called the Heritage Hotel WTF, NOT EVEN I THE SKY TOWER Can't check in at reception. Had to go down the road to get the swipe card, very frustrating. TV wouldn't work, WiFi would not work. Check out was so annoying. Had to get car out, put luggage in and go bk up to room and leave swipe card in the room. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. SO DISAPPOINTED 😡😡😡

Picking up the key from a different venue was a bit of pain....when carrying luggage and raining 🌧 ......but accommodation was good 👍

The view was perfect, our room had everything we needed, clear instructions that made it easy to navigate when checking in & getting to the location, spa & pool

Getting the swipe from another location, but not so much of a hassle.

Location was fine.

This is a managed room in a hotel. There is no reception. Which was never made clear when I was booking. We arrived early and was hoping to leave bags at reception which is common place at any hotel only to be told it would be an extra $45 to do this but we would be able to go to our room as it was ready. So we reluctantly paid the $45. Then to get the key I had to leave the hotel and walk 550 meters down the road in the rain to a lock box and then back up the hill in the rain. I was not impressed. It should be stated very clearly on booking these extra requirements. If the room was ready why not just be great hosts and let us in. To charge extra money is a complete rip off! Will never stay here again. It should be clearly stated before someone books that it has no reception and you will need to pay $45 to get access early and you have to go on a goose chase to get the key. None of this is stated prior to accepting the booking. (Which was non refundable).
