Sky Tower Serenity + Rooftop Pool

Room was cold, we couldn’t understand the heating. Room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Did not show on photos that balcony’s were attached to room next door. Just looked completely different from the photos

Room was nice. Bathroom clean, nothing flash.

View was a bit disappointing, yes you can see the skytower but that also comes with a view of a lot of apartment balconies that are covered in washing racks. The instructions for check in/out and parking are like a treasure hunt, definitely wouldn't want to be in a hurry or already stressed while trying to get the key and then find the carpark.

The bed was very comfortable 😌

Fantastic location in Auckland CBD - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful, comfortable apartment in secure building.

The amenities - swimmingpool, spa, fitness and the location was great

The check-in details came only at 3pm (check-in time) and then one still had to get the key (with all the luggage) further away. We were there early, had no car and would have loved to get into the room asap.
