Beds are old and not comfortable..

Clean and was very good for its price and close to town

The double bed was uncomfortable but okay for a night

The property needs a deep clean

The location was perfect as it was easy to navigate to the city center.

The toilets weren’t in a good condition, no enough towels, no shower gel.

Needs a deep clean! . Lots of maintenance needed . Glass wardrobe door was hanging off !

Central location and free parking near the centre. Clean towels and bed linen.

Central heating not working (electric fans and heaters supplies instead) so towels in bathroom do not dry; filthy rug in living room; broken radiator guards; stained and loosely put together seating; mould around window frames; main touch surfaces reasonably clean but corners and skirtings boards dusty/dirtyand you don’t want to look behind the toilet seat; new kitchenware provided (which we unboxed and washed ourselves - at least we knew it was clean) but two rings on gas hob do not appear to ignite; microwave turntable broken; broken blinds that let in light; curtain rails bent or pulling out of walls; window in main bedroom does not latch properly so lets in traffic noise; mattress in main bedroom lumpy and uncomfortable on one side and hard as a board on the other; mirrored wardrobe door detached and dangerous, rendering wardrobe unusable; limescale and mould in bathroom.

Good location, parking, easy access

Blinds were broken, and one was cut so let all the light in, toilets weren't very clean and the master bedroom window didn't shut so not secure
