2 Bed Apartment with Free Parking

The bed was super comfy and the blackout curtains tricked us into believing it was earlier than it was in the morning, which was nice. The bath was a welcome treat and there was plenty of hot water.

The free car park had 2.5 spaces and was full, so we had to reverse out of the lane (with another disappointed car behind us) and drive in circles to a nearby multistorey, dragging our luggage across the road in the rain and pay for the privilege. We did get a discount from your hotel, but it still wasn't free or convenient. The sink plug hole was draining slowly, so my husband pulled the stopper out.... yuk! While I was in the bath, I noticed black grime on the overflow outlet. The rest of the room was really clean, but your staff should pay attention to the plugs, overflows and taps, to avoid build up of bacterial slime and hair.

Very central all the shops and travel links

There was nothing lacking at this property but if I had mark it down for anything then it would be the access to the flat anyone with walking difficulties would find the stairs a challenge.

The accommodation was warm and cosy. The heating was on prior to our arrival, most welcoming. There was tea, coffee, sugar available. The rooms were spacious and we had excellent guidance for access to the property etc.

A couple more fluffy towels would have been nice.
