The location and overall layout of the place

It's abit expensive

The location was good for visiting friends that live in Chelmsford. The apartment complex was quiet and we felt safe. There's no AC, but it was cool enough to just open some windows to cool it down. Having the washer / dryer combo unit in the kitchen was a nice to have.

Some of the blinds were broken and need to be replaced. The bedroom with the twin beds need black out curtains added. We couldn't figure out to turn the hot water down in the primary bathroom. It could be we just didn't understand how the shower worked. The hall bath worked well though. The beds were rather firm, but it seems like that is the norm in the UK. A hair dryer would have been a great amenity to have.

Mattress double needs replacing. No toiletries as in description Coffee table in lounge would be handy Blinds broken but didn’t affect stay plus rad cover. Doors need latches as bang when windows open.
