Great location & facilities Handy car park spot

A bit tired in places eg paintwork

Location, cleanliness, size, comfortable.

I needed to leave my car outside before check-in instruction email was received. I asked host by SMS and was not told which bay I could park in and was not made aware of the parking permit inside the property. As a result of parking in the wrong bay I got a parking ticket.

The apartment was spacious for three people. Coffee, tea, and sugar were provided. The value was good. Location is close to the Greater Anglia train stop. Two bathrooms are convenient

Similarly to what others said: 1) the beds are uncomfortable and lumpy 2) the water temperature in the shower in the ensuite got too hot so that was unusable and the temperature in the other shower didn't have enough hot water for a shower so we were stuck with cold showers. Because of the location and value, I would probably stay again.

Poor cleaning , not as good in the photos. Poor communication with the host. We have received the packing penalty while checking in and accommodation not even replied to my email to privide the photo of permitting to support our penalty appeal. Very disappointed

The apartment was great, modern and good location

I'm sorry to say but you need to hire another cleaner. The 2 single bed linen wasn't clean and looked like someone had just got out of it, creased sheets. The shower plug was full of hair and the mat was still wet so wasn't changed from previous guests. The toilet was dirty and sink still had toothpaste marks from previous guests. We had to buy pillow cases and a cheap blankets so we could use the beds.

It was a spacious apartment, in a close location to the central bus station, and to the downtown. The kitchen was equipped with plates, tableware, as well as with coffee and tea. The communication was smooth.

The location is a bit disappointing, also the apartment could be more cleaner.

Great location, short walk to town centre and cathedral. Was hot but they provided a fan in the room, good for airflow. Free parking but limited to about 10 spots, we got a park both nights, can’t be pre booked. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was lovely, lots of stuff to choose from, continental, very good selection, juice as well. On a roundabout, but very quiet - we liked our stay, location is awesome

Location was good

Bath and shower plug holes were partially blocked causing water to back fill into bath and shower try, door closers need adjusting, several doors banging shut and toilet seat in separate bathroom was broken.
