The Granary Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This was one of the best places we stayed on our two week NC500 road trip. It was incredibly beautiful and set in such an amazing location - right next to the castle with sweeping views up and down the coast. Our room was perfect for 1 night (so peaceful and quiet) and we enjoyed the shared lounge and fireplace. Breakfast was 10/10 and the dining room was beautiful too. Jean was so lovely and could not have done more to help us - she even gave us a run down of all the photos on the walls and the stories behind the royal connections.

The property itself. Very comfortable, nicely presented and excellent staff

The lounge was lovely , sand everything apart from the room.

Size of the room . Couldn’t open the bathroom door properly with the two chairs and the chest of drawers under the TV could have been exchanged to take the suitcases

Lovely breakfast with the biggest raspberries and blackberries! Beautiful location and friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast was excellent had to have a takeaways.

Only thing wrong was could not have dinner there. As did not know I had to book for the evening meal. But managed to find a pub not too far away in keiss , Called The village Inn. Great food and friendly staff.
