Breakfast was high quality, Cornish themed, with numerous options, the host checking daily one's choices for the following morning. Cooked food was served piping hot and with minimal, if any, waiting time. The dining room was beautifully decorated and appointed, the table set with clean, white table cloths, serviettes, silver cutlery and floral centrepiece. Fruit juice was in a decanter and an extensive range of preserves included excellent home-made Seville orange marmalade and local honey.

Nothing. Everything was faultless.

Everything was great lovely house and room delicious breakfast.

Not so keen on sharing break fast table but fortunately all the guests were v pleasant.

homely warm and welcoming, breakfast was great lots of choice, the view was amazing from our bedroom

nothing really, the only slight problem was if you wanted a drink in your room everything was there but no milk as James said he would get you some on request but if you fancied a cuppa early early I didn’t want to ask for the milk because I didn’t want to disturb him x maybe have those little milk pots UHT ones at least it’s kinda milk
