The beautifully landscaped property was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were beautiful as well as comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Our host was welcoming and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful B&B that’s immaculately maintained with a lot of love and care by James (who himself is a fantastic host). Easy access to the train/bus station means you can manoeuvre quite freely across St Austell’s and surrounding areas (which includes Mevagissey and Fowey). Highly recommended!

"Lovely place"

The location was great, it was just 5 minutes walking from the station. The cleaning was perfect, everyrhing was very comfortable and nice.

Maybe, it could be ok if the rooms had a lock outside (because from the inside you can lock the room) although when I stayed the other guests were so nice and trustworthy that I had no worries at all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. James was most welcoming and prepared a delicious breakfast for his guests every morning. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The B&B is located near the small town on a quiet street.

"Well worth the visit"

Very well set in a beautiful garden , private yet easily accessible on foot to the town centre

Would be good to have an honesty system drinks menu provided in the beautiful lounge/ sitting room or in room mini fridge
