Beautiful house located 5 minutes from the train station. A wonderful and quiet place. The bathroom is separate from the room, but even for a deep introvert like me, it was not a problem. The house is very quiet, with only three rooms for guests. I fell in love with this amazing place!

Full Cornish breakfast, well prepared, tasty and exactly as I had requested. The homemade marmalade not to be missed.

I could not fault the place. Nothing was too much trouble for James.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivy House. The standard of accommodation and attention to detail, from the overall impression, the gardens, the house furnishings, to the ambience, were incredible. Our breakfasts were very good. Our host was gracious and helpful.

A little hard to find but worth the effort. Lovely facility and excellent breakfast. Enjoyed our time here.
