It’s the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve ever experienced, hands down. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the attention to detail to the warm hospitality. James has done an incredible job re-creating an authentic British and traditional environment that makes the stay feel special and unique. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable, while the garden offered a peaceful retreat with its well-maintained charm. On top of that, the breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of delicious, fresh options that really started the day on a high note.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making the stay enjoyable and comfortable. From the warm atmosphere to the excellent service, it was all perfect. Bravo

Everything was lovely and James was a helpful and welcoming host. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice on the menu. Ivy House is an ideal location for visiting the Eden Project and Charlestown.

"Superb"

The owner of the house was really friendly and engaged. The breakfast is very good!!! The house as well the room are pretty and very clean and comfortable, we had the feeling of beeing at home. We really enjoyed staying in Ivy house.

Close to the train station, very very clean, & cozy

My bathroom was down the hall, but again top notch for cleanliness, upkeep and decor. The other rooms have their own bath.

"Relaxing & comfortable, ideal place to stay when visiting the local area"

It was situated at the end of a private drive, with a beautiful garden. Parking available. A good base to visit Cornwall. Very peaceful and comfortable surroundings, delicious freshly cooked breakfasts. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A hidden gem. Would definitely stay again.
