Schönes Haus mit großen Garten. Ruhig aber in stadtnähe gelegen. Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend. Typisches B&B.

Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr gut. Liegt auch gleich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, das Zentrum ist aber sehr heruntergekommen und es gibt dort nichts sehenswertes.

Wunderschönes Haus, in direkter Nähe zum Zug-und Busbahnhof, aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Einfamilienhaus-Umgebung. James ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Host. Frühstück ist super, alles sehr familiär. Speisezimmer, und Wohnzimmer teilt man mit den anderen Gästen, was Spaß macht, weil man einander kennenlernen kann. Wir haben gute Tipps bekommen. Sogar unser E-Auto konnten wir direkt neben dem Haus laden. 100 Punkte für dieses gastfreundliche Haus.

I did not have en-suite .

Es war einfach alles rundum perfekt! Könnte ich mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben, würde ich das tun. Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt und habe selten in einer so besonderen Unterkunft übernachten dürfen. James ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlich, engagiert und sehr flexibel. Ich durfte am Anreisetag früher einchecken, was super war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend- große Auswahl, alles frisch zubereitet und in einem besonderen Ambiente serviert. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und so wie auch der Garten etwas ganz Besonderes. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. St Austell und der Bahnhof sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und somit ist die Lage auch ideal, wenn man ohne Auto die Gegend erkunden möchte. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nette Kommunikation

We loved the whole experience: location is great as it is on a quiet private road, with an amazing view. A beautiful house immaculately clean and very comfortable. Host James is a great and attentive host and cooks great breakfast with plenty of variety

Minor quibbles might be that our room didn’t have its own en suite bathroom (though there was a sink in the room). The other two rooms I think did have an en-suite bathroom. No TV in the room but the lounge downstairs had one (with Freeview).

It was such a quiet and peaceful site and the view fro m our window over the town and church was lovely. Great breakfast. Only a short walk over the bridge to dine out at night.

The town itself looked a bit run down and many shops were closed down.

Nicely tucked away but within easy walking distance to the town, this was an ideal place to stay. The house is lovely and the accommodation provided second to none. Breakfast was also excellent. A thorough enjoyable stay.
