Well looked after and clean breakfast choice good

Prefer to have a television in the bedroom not just in the lounge area as I am a poor sleeper, amazed that there were no locks on bedroom doors to lock on the way out and about. Would have liked a pot of coffee at breakfast rather than a cup refilled .

"We used the house as a base to visit nearby towns. The train station was a five minute walk away. The buses also stopped"

Friendliness and welcoming attitudes, beauty of the gardens and the 200 year old home, quietly situated with a 5 minute walk to a restaurant for dinner, breakfast choices unique for each guest

"Had a real lovely stay and was well looked after by James."

James was an excellent host, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good too . We even had a chocolate bar left in our room to eat which was delicious. We had a wonderful stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you James.
