Sehr gut gelegen, viel Grün ringsherum, ruhig und zu Fuß sowie mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles Sehenswerte gut erreichbar. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie ringsherum. Appartment ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Nach Ankunft habe ich gut 45 Minuten vor verschlossener Haustür gestanden, obwohl ich meine Ankunftsdaten rechtzeitig per SMS und Mail mitgeteilt hatte. Niemand weit und breit. Unter den Kontaktnummern kein Mensch erreichbar. Hey Leute, so etwas geht gar nicht!!!!! Wollte nach einem Telefonat mit booking.com schon in ein Hotel ausweichen, als plötzlich ein Motorradtyp mit den Schlüsseln auftauchte, es aber nach knapper Einweisung auch sehr eilig hatte, wieder das Weite zu suchen. Die eigentliche Ansprechpartnerin namens Barbara habe ich nie gesehen oder gesprochen. Keine Entschuldigung, nada de nada. Kritikpunkt ist auch das äußerst kleine Waschbecken im Bad - Model Vogeltränke sowie die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage (Heizung).

Tweede bed had geen beddengoed terwijl ik daarom gevraagd had, werd ook niet naar gehandeld.

Goed voorziene lokatie met alles wat je nodig hebt. Comfortabel bed, goede douche, wasmachine, afwasmachine (ook al hebben we die niet gebruikt). Prima locatie en centraal gelegen: 15 minuten lopen van La Ciudad de las Artes en het prachtige park. 15 minuten lopen en je bent in de hippe wijk Rusafa. 30 minuten lopen naar Carmen en oude centrum.

Great location. Shops and bars in the immediate area and walking distance to Valencia attractions.

Actually, it is not a loft, the room is in the ground floor. The room is recently restored and it is sufficiently equipped. It;s size is enough for two people (30m2). The wardrobe was very small. Generally it is quiet, especially my appartment (No3), which looked at the backyard. I recommend the neighborhood, it is quiet and close to the city center (less than 20 minutes walking) and also closed to Roig Arena and the Oceanografic, etc. Plus, there is a metro station (Amando Granell - Montolivet) nearby the appartment. Free parking at the road is difficult. Nearby, for breakfast and dining I recommend a bar - restaurant called "Olrait" and for a night bar I recommend "El Salon Cocteles y Vermut".

I almost never complain, but it is the first time in my rewiews that I want to give a zero, because of a totally unprofessional owner! He and his wife (?) Barbara, they never answer my calls! The only communication was either through What'up (which I don't have!!!!) and through texting via Booking. This is very-very serious! All details that make a traveller happy, went wrong!!! At first the room was clean, but, there was a €50 charge for cleaning, but they never cleaned the room (5 nights, 6 days) or change sheets or provide us with extra toilet paper. etc....!!!! There is always a bad smell in the bathroom becasuse of the sewage system and because that there was no window in the bathroom (and I found a cokroach, two times!). The price we paid per night for that kind of appartment was very high (of course I knew it from the start)
