Valencia is a beautiful city and the property was well maintained. Overall it was a nice stay.

The communication with the host was extremely poor. First there was very little toilet paper in the apartment and also the wifi username/password was not working so I write him about it (through whatsapp which we were using to talk about the lockbox/keys) and he didn't reply for the whole week. Later I found out that there was a QR code for the wifi but I had to buy the additional toilet paper. In summary communication with the guests is important and if you don't like it perhaps you should consider not getting involved in the hospitality business

Tralasciando le problematiche legate alla doccia/cucina mancavano alcuni comfort per un pernottamento lungo circa più di una settimana , es: sacchetti spazzatura, liquido per piatti/lavatrice , panno per dare una passata al bagno ecc.

Location is perfect, the centrum is close enough to visit by walk and the public transport is also a good choice. We were satisfied overall with the accommodation and the facilities, although we didn't really use the kitchen for cooking. The location is excellent, easy access to any part of the city, quiet area (in October).

The water pipes are quite loud, if someone is taking a shower next door, you can hear it quite a bit. The drainage in the bathroom was very slow, maybe it needs to be repaired.

Super lokalizacja, do centrum chodziliśmy pieszo, do miasta sztuki i nauki też bardzo blisko, na plażę szybki dojazd autobusem. W apartamencie jest wszystko co potrzeba, dużo naczyń i wszystko do gotowania, ręczniki, wygodne łóżko i miękka pościel.

Niestety często było zimno ale rozumiemy że w Hiszpanii niektóre bloki mają tylko klimatyzację bez ogrzewania miejskiego. Więc z klimatyzacją nie ma problemu i zaraz było już ciepło.

Excellent emplacement

Its new, everything was new. As you see in the pictures. The place is in a really nice part of the city, close to almost everything.

Just be aware, the walls are really thin between rooms. Respect the rules and no problem.

The location is great. About a 15 minute walk to Ciudad de les Arts i les Ciencies and great for transport. Lovely comfy sofa and bed. The shower was good. A very comfortable apartment which has sufficient kitchen and laundry equipment. I had a fantastic stay there.

Everything was fine.
