Il nuevo loft si trova in una buona posizione, ben collegato con la M10 e alcune linee del pullman tra cui la 6 che porta nel centro storico della città. La struttura è quasi nuova e risulta molto pulita. Il contatto con l'host e con Barbara è molto rapido e sono pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema.

Il caldo torrido e la mancanza di una buona pulizia fognaria in città ha portato a ritrovare più volte delle blatte nell'appartamento e ad avere spesso una puzza di fogne. Quando l'abbiamo comunicato però, sono stati subito pronti ad inviare una disinfestazione e gli spiacenti episodi non hanno avuto seguito. Nonostante l'appartamento fosse dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice/asciugatruce di ultima generazione, perfettamente funzionante), la lavastoviglie presenta un difetto che non le permette di partire se non si conosce la giusta tecnica. Per quello non è stato possibile utilizzarla.

Schimmel in der Wohnung ist nicht akzeptabel.

Ótimas instalações, limpeza. Ar-condicionado, ventilador de teto. Janela do loft abre para uma pracinha bem calma. Máquina de lavar e secar roupa. Lava-louças. Próximo a metrô e ônibus.

The apartment is cozy and clean, stuff is friendly. There is a supermarket and metro station close by. It was really hot outside, but the air-conditioning worked well. We had a nice stay!

Better not open the window, mosquitos come in. Not everyone of the stuff speaks English! Sometimes you can hear neighbours, the walls are not so thick.

Our apartment was the cutest !! It was perfect for two girls. The bed was really comfy and the couch that you can stretch out. it had the washing machine and the kitchen is really nice.

The drainage in the shower flooded but it was repaired the same day ! The location is not walkable to the beach but its a 15-20 min ride with a bike which was nice !

The apartment fit my needs for a 7 day 6 night stay for a business conference. Cost was reasonable compared to a hotel room. The appliances all worked well, except the coffee maker that I had to do a quick repair. The apartment was clean and two supplies for the dishwasher and washer were included. The bed was comfortable, some type of foam I believe.

The water supply on the coffee maker was plugged and I had to find a YouTube video with instructions to fix it. After an international flight, I was not too happy as I really needed coffee that first morning. The location was some distance from the old town and tourist locations, but close enough to my business conference. Uber rates were reasonable except at peak times in the afternoon. Uber needed to visit beaches.
