good location, nice kitchen, big fridge, friendly staff

very little, poor information from host representatives. person we met had not basic information for tourists & if he was in possession he failed to make any effort to impart it. not even a bottle of water was left in fridge upon arrival

The drainage was quite simply appalling & disgusting eventually resulting in faeces being pushed up through shower plug hole (photographic & video evidence available). trying to talk to someone who actually cared & made an effort to assist was next to impossible. only for friends resident in Valencia who speak Spanish we would've been abandoned completely. the 3 apartments in this building had to be left yesterday, each suffering the exact same problem. these apartments should not be available through booking.com, they are unfit for humans & represent a health hazard. we had zero contact from the host, phone numbers rang out without being answered. as stated, photographic & video evidence was obtained on Sunday 20/10/24 & An official complaint will be made this week to booking.com this experience ruined what was a lovely occasion booked to celebrate a personal milestone & has caused immense stress to both of us.

Comfortable mattress, lots of equipment - towels, iron, ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle (but no teapot). Easy communication via WhatsApp. Very well maintained.

Three rooms on ground floor (no "loft"). Room 1's windows face onto a road. Although it is a quiet neighbourhood, and the windows are opaque, the feeling is if btlypasding pedestrians,are walking in the room. Air-conditioning and ceiling fan blow onto the bed. Some people may like that, but it makes me sneeze. Overall over-priced. All of Valencua properties ,are also over-priced, but a well-equipped apartment with no view like this is still claustrophobic.

New! Host left a lot of things to use - laundry detergent, has washing mashing, iron, full of kitchen utensils and plates. Very clean and comfortable.
