Clean space with all we needed

This apartment exceeded my expectations which were quite high to begin with based its description. The space is much larger than it appeared in photos and the two of us were super cozy and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect for a restful sleep. We didn't really hear the street or the neighbours. The street is pretty quite anyway. There are also a lot of amenities, a well equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine etc. The air conditioning and ceiling fan did a great job in the heat. Although the bathroom doesn't have a window, the ventilation together with the aircon kept the moisture very well in check and we had no issues with keeping the towels etc. dry. All in all, I highly recommend the apartment and would book it again when visiting Valencia!

Everything was on point, we had everything we need for the stay. New apartment with a lot of amenities, very clean and most importantly very quiet neighborhood so you can have a nice rest at night.

The loft is at a perfect location, by bike 10 minutes from all mayor city sites. Clean, has everything you need for a lovely stay.

Convenient area, clean.

The apartment is not 40 meters, as stated in the description. In fact, the apartment is 18 meters, I measured it, because it is catastrophically small (on the booking it is written in big letters 40). The apartment is designed for one person, two people can barely turn around. So in the photos the apartment looks bigger, it was photographed from a good angle. If the honest footage was indicated, then I would probably give 8 points, but indicating 40 and placing guests in these micro-rooms is a deception. 1st floor (this is not written anywhere). Children threw firecrackers at our window so that traces of soot remained on the windows. We knew about Fallas, but no one warned us that children would throw firecrackers at the windows. There was no lamp in the bathroom, instead, bare wires stick out of the ceiling. Yes, there are bare wires in the wet area. The repairman came on the third day. Weak boiler, water lasts for about 6 minutes. That is, even one person cannot comfortably take a shower. A light in the middle of the room was blinking. We showed this to the repairman, he did not react in any way.

It was clean and a good location for the marathon start and finish which is why I chose it Very helpful owner, organised a cab for us and sent lots of messages before which was very helpful. Great hosts

Ground floor so no view It was just one room in a straight line which felt quite enclosed and intense at times, especially as if you opened the window to look outside it was out on a courtyard

The loft is modern, but the restroom didn't work for a few days. The host tried to fix it, but it was a problem of the piping in the ground floor At the end I couldn't shower without water flooding the bathroom The loft itself is nice
