Huge complex that you didn’t notice how busy it was. Good choices of food in the buffet and also the à la carte restaurants (which you have to book in advance). Amazing kids club and the staff are incredible there - kudos to them having so much energy to keep them entertained all day! Lovely staff and I didn’t like the room they provided on check in but they were super quick to move us. So much entertainment in the evening for young kids and adults.

They have so many pools but there was only 1 that was heated and the 2 splash parks for kids had freezing water so it was sad to see how much water is being wasted on 2 activities that can’t be used.
