Die Anlage ist hervorragend ausgestattet und Ideal für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern. Die Personalausstattung ist üppig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Essen ist hervorragend, die Auswahl toll. Sehr vielfältige Möglichkeiten in allen Bereichen - Ruhe, Sport, Unterhaltung ...

Da muss man lange nachdenken, dass einem was einfällt.

The resort is well laid out with lovely gardens. Lots of pools, restaurants and bars. The food was excellent.

The small beach is shared with another hotel which makes it very busy. It can be difficult to get the a la carte restaurants you want and the times.You must book the restaurants as soon as you arrive.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό, με καλή ποιότητα και ποικιλία επιλογών για όλα τα γούστα. Ο χώρος καθαρός και ευχάριστος, με προσεγμένη εξυπηρέτηση.

Θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί λίγο η ποικιλία (π.χ. περισσότερες επιλογές για χορτοφάγους ή τοπικά προϊόντα). Παρ’ όλα αυτά, η ποιότητα ήταν εξαιρετική.

Food at Thalassa wasn’t the best and not neatly Also snack bar Nautilus: pizza was with hair twice 🤢 But in any way I would range the place for 100/10

"חופשה מהנה וחווית שירות מדהימה"

השירותיות והמענה של הצוות היה מדהים. מאוד אהבנו את הצוות מסביר הפנים והשירותי. החדרים היו מקסימים, רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה של החדרים וכלל המתקנים הייתה גבוהה, נגישות של כל האוכל, השתייה, המגבות. חוף הים היה מדהים ובעיקר אהבנו את סירות הפדאלים וקיאקים שם שהיו חלק משירותי המלון.

פארק המים מתאים לילדים הגדולים יותר והיה יותר נוח אם בפארק המים היו יותר מתקנים לפעוטות. אבל מעבר לכך פארק המים וכל השירותים היו ממש טובים.
