Nana Golden Beach All Inclusive Resort & Spa

The resort was great, Many things to do with children and for adults. The room was very big and cozy and breakfast was excellent with endless options The kids clubs we one of the best we ever saw in an hotel and there were a lot of pools, fit for different ages and purposes The staff were very nice and helpful

We were a little disappointed from the food, we couldn't book to the restaurant we wanted due to availability and also on the first night didn't have the chance to book at all and the resort didn't do it for us although they knew our arrival time. Except for the breakfast, the rest was medium+ at best, not something you expect in Greece. In addition no pool was heated, even not the toddlers pools

Hotel was great and had all of the good facilities and accommodation including activities, beach, pools, bars, good food etc. On top of that the staff all around was welcoming and really helpful at all times. although the hotel is very big we were able to get from point to point by walking and by using the small taxis(club-cars) in the hotel. the food was really diversified so we always found what to eat. In addition,our room had a nice sea view and it was comfortable although needs some cleaning from ants here and there (since it was close to a garden). All in all, very recommended, pricy but we definitely enjoyed our stay and will come back.

since the room was close to a garden we had ants come in to the room a few times and it needed "deep cleaning" and exterminating from the outside which was handled but needed us to leave the room for the day

Just got back from a short holiday at Nana Golden Beach with my wife and I'm still thinking about it. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They upgraded our room without even asking and the food was amazing. We're not usually resort people but this place had the perfect balance. Honestly can't think of a single thing I'd change. Already looking at dates to come back next year.

All in all this is a very good resort ,is it worthy of a 9.6 on booking im not sure . Here are my pros and cons , Im mainly comparing things to the best resort ive been to up to nana golden beach called helea in Rhodes . Pros Scenery and overall build – one of the major strongpoints in my opinion , the resort is built like a village no tall buildings with lovely pavements around ,walking from point a to b is joyous and feels like a fun experience ,the scenery as well is nice from almost every angle with some spots like the beds on the rocky pier or the Italian restaurant really breathtaking Pools and beach : There are 5 pools ive seen ,maybe a bit more … this leads to no shortage of sunbeds which could be really bothersome like in other resorts where you have to scramble at 6 am to save a bed with a towel,also at no point did the pools feel overcrowded The beach is split into the main sand area which is encircled by a pier which leads to very calm water and little access points and a rcoky pier spreading quite long ,we only went to the sandy part as we had 2 kids with us but overall very nice experience ,there are water sports such as sup ,kayak and little paddle boats which also add quite a lot to the experience as well as paid sports like jet ski etc ,my kids usually prefer the pool but here they spent hours on the beach . Snack bars – this is a pro overall because the snack bars are spread throughout and have pizza hot dogs crepes nuggets , but each one only has several of the options ,its nice but nothing was overwhelmimg in quality . Room -we stayes in the family suite ,very lage two twin beds and 2 balconys ,very nice room ,daily cleaning could be better , but they restock the mini fridge and tehres always water and toiletries ,I would imagine however I wouldn’t be so keen as to be in some rooms where the balcony is right near the pavements where everybody walks ,that’s something to take into consideration when ordering a room . Staff- absolutely fantastic

Cons : Two major cons ,which are a shame and easily fixable in my opinion Food- its bad , morning and lunch are ok good selection of buffet ,we had breakfast at Thalassa which was very nice , the problem is dinner ,the main place called artemis is a buffet but one where you cant take the food yourself ,and in an all inclusive hotel I really don’t like begging for extra gyros meat because the hotel is trying to save money , besides that the food wasn’t that good ,I barley ate when I was there which leads to the other problem which is the a la carte places ,one place stood out which was the Italian place really good food ,the meat in place was okish ,rest were not good at all . Kids club – this is my biggest gripe in my time at nana beach , firstly most of the staff looks like they didn’t want to be there ,they looked tired and depressed Secondly they lacks communication , for example there was a mario themed show which my kids were hyped for all week , the show itself was centered around kids that went to the kids club in the afternoon before the show but they didn’t say anything about that ,and obviously no one was not allowed to go on stage but it felt off . Another instance came when we first took our elder aged 7 we registered him gave our number and told them to call us if there is any trouble only to see him show up 20 minutes later in our room claiming they told him to go home ,I was sure he was fabricating things until a day later when the head guy in charge explained that we didn’t fill out another form and that because of that he told him to go home ,this was very troubling because again why not tell us to fill in another form when were were giving out our phone and explaining how we didn’t want him to wander alone in the resort, also who sends a kid home just like that ,you can give us a call ill come and sign whatever you want ,there were other instances that were very off with the kids club but in the end its run by teenagers so im choosing not to divu

We can't thank enough the staff at the reception, in particular Mrs. Eva that went above and beyond to help us with our needs. The village is beautiful, several swimming pools, bars, restaurant. It really feels like a small village.

It's a lively village so it is noisy.

We traveled for our family vacation this September. Having experienced many high-standard all-inclusive hotels before, this one exceeded all expectations in terms of value for money. We stayed in a Comfort Family Room, which is perfect for families with kids above 5 years old. It gave us both privacy and togetherness at the same time. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff was always present and attentive. There’s even a WhatsApp service where you can ask for anything you need and get a quick, polite response. Special thanks to Anastasia and Voula for their warm assistance. The hotel offers an amazing, well-maintained water park suitable for kids of all ages, as well as numerous clean and organized pools. In every pool area, there’s always a bar or restaurant nearby, so you’ll never go hungry or thirsty. Drinks, both soft and alcoholic, are included in the all-inclusive package—always high quality and served with a smile. For fitness lovers, the hotel provides daily fitness classes (bookable through the app), a fully equipped 24/7 gym—one of the best I’ve seen—and professional tennis courts. Breakfast is served in several restaurants with plenty of variety. As someone who usually doesn’t enjoy the food at all-inclusive hotels (especially dinners), I was very impressed by the diversity and quality: lots of grilled/roasted vegetables, healthy options, and fresh salads in the buffet restaurant. We also dined at three à la carte restaurants: Thalassa (Mediterranean), Azzurro (Italian), and Meat-In (Steakhouse). The food in all of them was excellent, and even our picky kids were happy with the children’s menu. The private beach is also a highlight, with a wave breaker that makes swimming safe even for little kids. The beach is clean, organized, and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Towels are always available at the pools and beach areas. The service was consistently outstanding.
