Im Grunde auszusetzen, außer höchstens die Preise bei den Spielomaten in der Kids Area. Lage ist außerdem so, dass viele der Natur-Highlights auf Kreta nur nach einer mehrstündigen Autofahrt erreichbar sind.

The service was superb: staff friendly, ready to assist, everyone seemed happy to work there. The property is absolutely beautiful, lovely landscaping with attention to detail, cozy. I especially loved the terraces on the beach with stunning views. The location was great - close to the airport and Knossos Palace. The food at the a la carte restaurants was great. Our kids really loved the kids club and the waterpark. The staff was also really helpful with accommodating our request for the two rooms to be next to each other and even upgraded us to make that happen.

The main thing that was noticeable and a bit unpleasant was the smell of sewage or something similar in a few locations across the property. Hopefully, it’s an easy fix and temporary, because otherwise it’s really wonderful to vacation there. It also appeared that many of the guests we spoke with keep coming back year after year.

The whole resort is very well designed to be both attractive and functional. The resort is well run and staff are friendly and attentive. There are a good number of activities, restaurants, bars & entertainments and it never felt too busy. The kids club facilities are great and the team very professional. Standard of food and drink is good, but not excellent.

The standard of some of the food could be improved and we experienced a plumbing issue in the room.

We love everything about Nana Golden beach hotel. The facilities are fantastic and the staff team are so incredibly welcoming which is why we go back year after year. We see improvements every time we go and we love it as adults and our kids love it too!

The staff is amazing they are there willing to try and accommodate all of your request so that you have an official excellent time … this starts directly at arrival, service and attention in this hotel is levels above others. Thank you for make in our stay super relax.
