Stayed there for the first time

We had a king bed and the pillows were tiny. You guys need to upgrade your pillows!!! We bring our own pillows for that reason

The location

I reserved a King suite several months in advance and the room was unavailable when we checked in. The room we got was by the elevators which chime when they go past every floor. There was trash from previous guests in between the bed and nightstand, the bathroom had hair from previous guests and things are visibly outdated and failing (paint, grout, fixtures.

The pool for the kids. Pet friendly. Quiet.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, but I always bring my own cleaning supplies just in case. The lounge always takes hours to get our food. Breakfast is awful. Nobody's fault that prepares it, it's just soggy pre-fab sausages, half done potatoes, eggs are bland, gravy tastes like it came in a bag... I almost didn't book the stay because of the breakfasts before.
